Fish in a crispy sesame crust with an Eastern twist, the crust keeps the fish nice and tender and not dry.
Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets (or other white fish)
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- oil for frying
Preparation
- Pat the fish dry. Sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper. Beat the eggs in a deep plate together with the soy sauce and chili. On another plate, mix the sesame seeds with the breadcrumbs. Put the flour on the third plate.
- First coat the fish in the flour, then the egg mixture and then through the sesame and breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the fish with sesame crust for about 4 minutes on both sides until it is cooked through and golden brown.
- Delicious with rice, beans and some spring onions.
